Since 1998 I have been an estate agent. I also, like Shane, worked for two local estate agencies in Hastings. One of which after successfully helping to move many people I was made a partner. However, I always felt that I wanted to open my own estate agency setting standards of my own. PCM is allowing me to follow my ambition.
My role as a director in PCM is to look after all the clients that are looking for a property to buy. I have fulfilled this role for the past 26 years and specialise in this field. I have an ability to match people to a property. I also like my co-founder believe in working very hard and conscientiously for my clients, to enable them to find the perfect home to live in. Over the last 26 years I don't believe there has been another estate agent that has successfully found homes for as many clients as myself.
I am 100% office based making sure that we are always delivering the incredibly high standards we expect at PCM by being involved in every aspect of the day to day running of the branch.
I get great enjoyment and job satisfaction from handing over keys to my clients on the day of completion knowing that they are happy with the home that I have found them.
Outside of the business I take great pride in my young family with my wife and two children and also participating in many local based sports including running, obstacle course racing, boxing and making a contribution to local charities wherever possible also.
