Our Lettings Team
Having worked in the industry locally for just over 32 years, Michael is delighted to be involved with the Towns most successful, most recommended and number one agent after spending many years managing estate agencies dealing with both residential sales and lettings. Much of his career has been with large corporate companies and had become wary of the way business was approached, it was fast becoming non-personal.
In 2016 Michael stepped into the role of Lettings Director and quickly passed his National Federation of Property Professionals Exam in property management. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to PCM Lettings and his daily role involves giving advice to Landlords, registering new potential tenants and introducing them to properties, dealing with client’s requirements, attending to the daily maintenance of PCM’s vast property portfolio, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
Emma joined PCM Lettings in 2017, having worked in Lettings Industry for around 14 years, Emma has a wealth of knowledge. Whilst offering the highest level of customer service she thoroughly enjoys all aspects of her role with in the lettings department. Her daily role involves dealing with the daily maintenance of PCM’s vast property portfolio, going out on daily appointments and responsible to liaising with clients on a frequent basis.
Banking is essential in Emma’s role, ensuring payments are promptly forwarded to landlords and contractors.
Both Michael & Emma work closely in our lettings department offering, Letting Appraisals, Advice to Landlords and Viewings for Clients from 9.00 till late, ensuring that all clients needs are met.
