Jim Philcox director of PCM
 
Since 1987 I have been helping clients move house. I initially worked in corporate estate agency for the first 14 years of my working life, where I noticed many flaws, mainly in the lack of customer care and feedback that was given to our all important clients.
 
So in 2001 I decided to open an independent estate agency in my home town of Hastings which improved standards of client care and feedback, which led the business to be a very successful estate agency.
 
In 2008 I decided to take a break from the industry to spend time with my two young children. I was still able to keep in touch with the Hastings property market by advising previous clients and other local estate agents.
 
My role as a director of PCM is mainly that of the Sales Progressor. I am committed to keeping all of our clients both vendors and purchasers up to date, during the course of a sale, by writing to both parties on a weekly basis. I am also available to talk to my clients at all times to make the whole moving process less daunting by explaining the legal process in a language that is easier to understand.
 
I am delighted to be a co-founder of PCM with Shane and Blake, and look forward to helping you move to your new home.

Shane Cuddington director of PCM
 
Since 1989 I have been selling houses for the Hastings public, working for two local firms. I successfully managed one of these offices for nearly a decade. After helping to make that office one of the most well known and successful agencies in Hastings, I decided to open an estate agency for myself with Jim & Blake.
 
I am passionate about the industry and my beloved hometown of Hastings, where I have lived my entire life, having brought up my two children who like myself have attended local schools. To say my roots are deep in the town would be an understatement.
 
My role as a director of PCM is as the main valuer. Over 20 years of selling houses in Hastings I don't think there is a street in the town where I have not either sold or valued a property. I have always believed that a successful valuer should have both local knowledge and experience of selling all property types. they must also, more importantly, understand the individual clients needs. This is truly where my strengths lie. As a client it will be of great reassurance to know that your home will be valued by one of the founders of PCM.
 
Both myself and my partners believe that our clients are the most important people in our business. I believe in the highest standards of client care, feedback, and most importantly honesty.

Blake Mitchell director of PCM
 
Since 1998 I have been an estate agent. I also, like Shane, worked for two local firms in Hastings. One of which after successfully helping to move many people I was made a partner. However I always felt that I wanted to open my own estate agency setting standards of my own. PCM is allowing me to follow my ambition.
 
2010 was a momentus year for me, not only opening PCM but my fiancee and I have had our first child, a beautiful baby girl.
 
My role as a director in PCM is to look after all the clients that are looking for a house to buy. I have fulfilled this role for the past 10 years and specialise in this field. I have an ability to match people to a property. I also like my co-founders believe in working very hard and contientiously for my clients, to enable them to find the perfect home to live in. Over the last 10 years I don't believe there has been another estate agent that has successfully found homes for as many clients as myself.
 
I get great enjoyment and job satisfaction from handing over keys to my clients on the day of completion knowing that they are happy with the home that I have found them.
